Healthy Diet . 


For  your diet , I advise that you take care for your self . For a healthy diet you can eat a vegetables , a fruit , milks product, and is very important also you must eat, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fibers...
You didn't eat many sweets , because if you eat very sweet you will be fat . And this meal contain very calories and this is not good for you .



Finally for your healthy diet you must do sport  for burn the calories that you ate .
